Cancellation Terms
You have the option to cancel your order and obtain a refund as long as the item has not yet been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please allow it to arrive before initiating the return process.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. Most items in pristine condition can be returned within 30 business days of receiving your order.
- Contact our Customer Service to initiate a return and provide information regarding the item(s) and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive return instructions from us, ensure that the item(s) are repackaged in their original packaging.
- Return the item(s) following the provided guidelines. We will share the return address and shipping details after your return request is approved. (Please note: Returns that are not authorized will be refused).
- Typically, we process returns within 5 business days upon receiving the returned package.
Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Return Fees
If the return is because of our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty items), we will provide a full refund.
If the return stems from buyer's choice (e.g., dissatisfaction with the product or ordering the wrong size), we will still issue a full refund.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Only items purchased at full price are eligible for refunds; items on sale are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
